Today, I'll an upper body and core workout after workout:
Strict presses - 3 x 5
Push-ups - 5 x 10 or more
Band-assisted pull-ups - 5 x 5
Band assisted dips - 3 x 10
Reverse push-ups (body weight rows): 5 x 5
Planks -2-3 minutes total
Knee ups from a hanging position - 3 total minutes
Supermans - 2 minutes
That should be plenty of work.
I'm saving my legs for skiing tomorrow.
